My Afterpay messaging disappeared, how do I get it back?

This happens because your Afterpay assets are tied to your theme. When you get a new theme, none of those assets are transferred over. Please reach out to your region's support team to have us add our messaging back.

For US merchants, please create a US support ticket.
For AU merchants, please create an AU support ticket.


How do I see which orders were paid for using Afterpay?

Within BigCommerce: Check the logs
Navigate to /manage/settings/logs for detailed information about your BigCommerce orders

The successful orders made using "Afterpay" will have an associated Order IDThe successful orders made using "Afterpay" will have an associated Order ID
