# GET Errors

With the exception of [Ping](../../../reference/Ping.v1.yaml/paths/~1ping~1environment:\{environment}/get), which does not require authentication, all GET endpoints can return any of the following errors:

| HTTP Status Code              | errorCode            | Description                                                                                                          |
| ----------------------------- | -------------------- | -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **401**     Unauthorized      | `unauthorized`       | Invalid Merchant API credentials were passed in the `Authorization` header.                                          |
| **406**    Method Not Allowed | `error`              | The request included an `Accept` header for something other than `application/json` or `*/*`.                        |
| **405**    Not Acceptable     | `method_not_allowed` | The request was made by a HTTP Method other than `GET`, `HEAD` or `OPTIONS`. For example, `POST`, `PUT` or `DELETE`. |
